I offer 1 on 1 training both in person and remotely.
I also offer collaborative assistance if you are already a SketchUp user and just need a little help to get on top of your workload - I can help make updates to your model or if you need help with Layout create plans, elevations and detailed specification, finish and other documentation from your models. I have collaborated successfully with many other design studios who are already power SketchUp users but just have a tight deadline and not enough time to get it done internally. I can help if this sounds like you!
If you can provide scaled plans and photos I can create a 3D Model of your space, if not I can survey the site (take measurements and photos) and then create the model, and if needed documentation (plans/elevations) for you.
I am familiar with being on building sites under construction and hold a white card as well as working at heights, and EWP tickets (Scissor lift and knuckle boom up to 12m). I also have great camera gear including 360 degree aerial and ground cameras.
Advanced options for 3D Modelling include "Layout" Documentation PDF packs (see section above with examples) a BOQ (Bill of Quantity) which is great for large spaces where multiple stock or other purchased items are required. Price, size and various other attributes can be included to streamline the procurement process and reduce risk.
"Render" views can be prepared to show photo-realistic lighting, and textures - which can also be done in a 360 view and turned into a virtual tour like this one https://mss2020promo.netlify.app/ (or see the Circus Nexus example below, presented as an IFrame)
"Walkthrough" animations can also be prepared which are a great way to get a feel for the space.
